OBJECTIVES OF THE BOARD:

1. The vendor/service provider will receive the LOA within seven (7) working days after approval by the JPT/Quotation Committee/JPTCK/Full Board.
2. Payment to the vendor/service provider should be made within fourteen (14) working days after receiving completed supporting documents.
3. All formal inquiries and/or complaints will be acknowledged within three (3) working days.
4. The decision on successful STOEF applications will be communicated within thirty (30) days after the approval committee's decision.
5. The decision on successful SPCF applications will be communicated within fourteen (14) working days after the approval committee's decision.
