OBJECTIVES OF THE BOARD:

• LOA to be issued to vendor/service provider within seven (7) working days upon approval by JPT/Quotation Committee/JPCTK/Full Board.
• Payment to the vendor/service provider are to be made within fourteen (14) working days upon received completed supporting documents.
• Acknowledge all formal enquiries and/or complaint received within three (3) working days.
• To inform the decision on the successful STOEF applications three (3) weeks after the approval committee decision
